We understand your dilemma when it comes to online shopping — running the risk of buying an item in the wrong size or changing your mind after mulling on it. We want you to be completely assured and confident when making your Choo Yilin online purchases. With our 365-Days Online Purchase Return Policy, here are some key points you need to know:


365 is the Magic Number

Now you can make online purchases with a peace of mind and the assurance that it will be absolutely fine to change your mind within a year. That’s right — we promise 365 days. All returns must be postmarked within 365 days from the date of order receipt.  


Keep Your Tags On

All Choo Yilin jewellery are tagged with tamper-proof tags so you can "test-drive" your new baubles in the comforts of your home. Try them with a cocktail dress, a power suit, or even your weekend slacks to see if it complements your wardrobe. Keep the tag on until you are 100% sure you love it to bits. Once you snip that tag off, the item will be considered sold.   


Not Everything Goes

There are some criteria to keep in mind when you decide to return your order:

  • Jewellery must be presented in its original unused condition, sealed with tamper-proof tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches together with the Return Form when you return it in the mail.
  • Due to sanitation concerns, all earrings will not be eligible for returns.
  • Sale items will not be eligible for returns. 
  • Return postage fees will be borne by the customer and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Hence, we highly recommend that you opt for trackable registered postage service (using the Choo Yilin box that the order came in) or a reliable courier service.
  • Our team performs a rigorous check on all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. Goods damaged due to buyers’ use or negligence will not be accepted for refund.


Shop Again with Store Credits

Returns will be processed within 15 working days after we have received the returned merchandise. If you meet the criteria for a refund, a unique code will be generated and sent to your registered email account. This unique code can be applied to multiple orders until the Store Credit is used up. The Store Credit will be the total sum of your returned merchandise and will have a validity of 3 months from the date of issue. 

If you wish to make an exchange, kindly wait for your unique code to be sent to you before placing a new, separate order. Do note that exchange for size is subjected to availability of stock.
